Anna Razumovskaya

It's Saturday! I hope everyone is having a fabulous weekend! I'm spending this weekend in Edinburgh, staying with family. In visiting Edinburgh, I have found myself reminded of an artist whom I have long admired and been inspired by. I first discovered the work on this artist in a gallery in Edinburgh, two or three years ago. Her name is Anna Razumovskaya - a graduate from the Russian State University for Arts.

From the moment I first laid eyes on her work I found her use of colour mesmerising, and I was captivated by the movement and depth of feeling which she portrays with her brush strokes. While still struggling with college debts I have no spare finances to put towards art work, but one day I aspire to own one of her incredible works. Here are a few samples of her work - do check out the link to her website for much, much more. I hope you will enjoy her artwork and be as inspired as I have been!
